Teresa is joining us as our new Director and Nominated Supervisor from January 2017. Teresa holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. She has current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training, Child Protection & OH&S training. Teresa has also been a Trainer & Assessor for Certificate III & Diploma students in Children's services.
She has worked in Family Day Care as Centre Manager and Coordinator in Sydney, as well as pre-schools in Australia and UK, and has undertaken various managerial roles throughout her career.

Andrew Heffernan
Approved Person/Manager
Andrew has been the owner and Manager of Culburra Beach Preschool
since it’s inception in 1994.
Andrew’s duties include
liaising with FAC’s, Centrelink and the
Federal Department of Education.
Andrew also looks after general building and equipment maintenance, gardening, clerical duties (including issuing of fee receipts) and staff
supervisor. He also holds a Diploma in Business Studies and Senior First Aid Certificate.
Linda McGuckin
ECT
Early Childhood Teacher
Linda is in the final stages of a university degree in "Early Childhood Education".
Linda joined our team in October 2019 & will assist our Director with our Educational Program.
She has current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training & has completed a course in Child Protection.
Teresa Pizzin
Childcare Teacher
Teresa holds a Diploma in Children's Services & has over 30 years experience as a child care worker.
Teresa has been a Director of a small service in Sydney & has also run her own Family Day Care Service.
Teresa recently moved to the south coast & joined our team in march 2019.
She has current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training & has completed a course in Child Protection.
Sarah Lawler
Childcare Teacher
Sarah was a previous trainee at this Pre School and has attained her Certificate III in Childcare and holds a First Aid Certificate. Sarah is currently completing her Diploma in Childrens Services. As well Sarah used to attend the Preschool as a child.
Emily Atkinson
Diploma Traineeship
Emily previously completed her Certificate III in Childcare as part of a Traineeship with our Preschool in 2017 & is currently completing a second Traineeship - Diploma in Children's Services.
As well Emily used to attend this Preschool as a child.
Donna Stacey
Childcare Teacher
Donna is joining us from January 2017 & holds a Diploma in Child Care Studies.
Donna has over 25 years experience as an Early Childhood Educator working in various Pre School settings. More recently Donna has been working at a Pre School in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
Madison James
Trainee Certificate III
Madison is currently completing a Certificate III in Childrens Services with our Preschool on a 12 month contract.
Tiarna Etchells
Child Care Assistant
Tiarna was a previous trainee at this Pre School and has attained her Certificate III in Childcare and holds a First Aid Certificate.
Tiarna works as a Casual employee.
Jack Preston
Childcare Assistant
Jack was a previous trainee at this Pre School and has attained his
Certificate III in Childcare and holds a First Aid Certificate. Jack works as a Casual employee.
As well Jack used to attend the Preschool as a child.
